Great to meet you!

With over 21 years of experience in Social Work, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my practice. My career has spanned diverse areas, including children and families, care management, crisis intervention, chronic illnesses, psychosocial evaluations, psychotherapy, leadership roles, and teaching (College Professor).

Each of these experiences has deepened my understanding of the challenges people face and the tools they need to overcome them.

My approach to therapy

My professional background allows me to approach therapy with a holistic perspective, blending evidence-based methods with genuine care and understanding.

Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, coping with chronic conditions, or seeking growth and fulfillment, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space where we can work together toward your goals. Let’s start this journey of healing and empowerment together.

What you can expect from me

I help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, relationship conflicts, self-esteem, and life transitions. Compassion will guide our work together, and an individualized treatment plan that aligns with your goals will be developed.
