Great to meet you!

I provide telehealth individual and relationship therapy for adults who are navigating conflict, emotional distance, life transitions, intimacy concerns, or the impact of past experiences. I help clients slow things down, understand emotional patterns, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I also provide sex therapy with a focus on sexual health, communication, and connection. I am queer-affirming and sex-positive, and I welcome all identities, bodies, and relationship structures.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is interactive, supportive, and direct, grounded in warmth and humor.

I prioritize creating a non-judgmental space where all parts of you, including conflicting feelings, desires, and identities, are welcome. Our work is tailored to you and your relationships, whether that means exploring attachment patterns, improving communication, navigating intimacy, or reconnecting with your sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and connection. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s feeling most important right now, and what goals you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and possible next steps.
