Great to meet you!

Thank you for visiting! My approach involves meeting clients where they are and developing a plan based on individual needs. I have training and experience with Animal Assisted and Equine Assisted Therapy. I am a firm believer that animals and nature are healers. I work with clients on issues such as anxiety, trauma, life transitions, depression, among others. I believe I provide a refreshing, caring approach and look forward to our journey together.

My approach to therapy

I work from a lens of attachment and how our early connections and relationships show up in our current patterns of relating to others. I am a play therapist as well and believe that is helpful to all ages due to my deep understanding of development and early life experiences.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a comfortable, safe environment where they can explore their values and goals as well as develop self awareness which is critical to making changes that we want in our lives.
