Cecilia Stonebraker

I've worked in addiction for over 8 years in a variety of settings including crisis, detox, inpatient, and outpatient for both groups and individuals. I've been in private practice for 3 years and have specialties in trauma and addiction.

My approach to therapy is trauma informed with a feminist racial justice lens. This means I know that bad things can happen to good people. That sometimes good people make bad choices because of how they have been hurt in the past. And that the world isn't fair and it isn't fair to different people in different ways.

Therapy is about you - your feelings, your choices and your goals. If you're not sure of your goals that's okay - we'll start there. Above all I want you to feel validated and empowered to live life according to your values.
