Great to meet you!

Getting help takes courage, and I want that step to feel worthwhile. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, and sleep difficulties. My goal is a space where you feel heard and respected, and a treatment plan built around your life, not a textbook. With close to a decade in psychiatric and addiction medicine, I bring clinical depth and genuine care to every session. No judgment, no one-size-fits-all answers. Just care that fits who you are and where you want to go.

My approach to therapy

Good care fits your whole life. I take time to understand your history, current challenges, relationships, and goals before anything else. When medication is part of the plan, we make that decision together. You will always know your options and have room to ask questions or raise concerns along the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is yours to share at your own pace. We will talk through what brought you in, your history with anxiety, depression, substance use, PTSD, ADHD, or sleep, and what past treatment has and has not worked. From there, we will review medication options together, and you will always have room to ask questions before we decide on anything. You will leave with a clear, individualized plan and a realistic sense of what changes to expect and when. No judgment, ever, just care that meets you where you are.
