Great to meet you!

My name is Celia and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15+ years of experience in the field. I have worked in numerous settings which has given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals at various life stages and circumstances. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety and depression. My clients often seek therapy due to feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I help by working collaboratively with you to identify patterns and past events that shape your experience today.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative approach combining skills training with processing and increasing insight. I am passionate about using ecotherapy practices to combine time in nature and connection with the natural world with traditional psychotherapy to improve the effectiveness of therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, I’ll learn more about your goals for therapy. We’ll work together to explore what’s been working, what isn’t, and how to move forward.
