Great to meet you!

I'm Celina, and I'm passionate about helping people understand how their past experiences, relationships, and patterns of thinking influence their lives today. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and relationship challenges, using approaches such as CBT, EFT, and motivational interviewing to support growth and healing. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, weightlifting, exploring new cultures, and finding joy in life's everyday moments.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, conversational, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we'll explore how past experiences, relationships, and patterns of thinking may be impacting your present life while building practical tools for emotional regulation and growth. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, challenged, and empowered to develop greater self-awareness and confidence in yourself and your relationships.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your background, current concerns, important relationships, triggers, strengths, and any patterns or experiences that may be contributing to the challenges you're facing today. Together, we'll identify your goals for therapy and begin creating a roadmap for where you'd like to see growth and change. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported while building a strong foundation for our work together.
