Great to meet you!

I currently specialize in supporting and guiding individuals struggling with substance use disorders and addictions exploring how the mind and body have interconnected. This is an effort between me and you. as well as those who are in recovery and continue to experience persistent anxiety, depression, fear, and feelings of worthlessness.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a sanctuary of healing and growth. To help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session we will talk about what you would like to see happen in your life and set goals for our time together. Developing a trusting and safe environment where you can be yourself. I want you to leave our sessions feeling supported with clear goals to work on.

We will work on learning to care for the mind, body and soul developing self-care based on your needs.
