Great to meet you!

I am credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), wwhich enables me to diagnose and treat mental health issues, addiction and substance use disorders, and dual-diagnosis cases of both mental health and addiction-related matters. I work with clients of all ages 10+.

My approach to therapy

My canine co-therapist (Beasley) allows for animal-assisted therapy in-office. I'm also inclined to incorporate music, art, and creativity into session whenever helpful in addition to talking when desired. I use an integrative approach where I'll tailor appropriate therapeutic interventions to fit the uniqueness of the client.

What you can expect from me

I aim to provide a supportive environment in which the client and I work on their goals collaboratively. It is important to me that each client is authentically respected with regards to their personal beliefs, cultural background, and every aspect of their identity. I can meet you at my office in Raleigh or online from anywhere in North Carolina.
