Great to meet you!

Early morning appointments available!

I”m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, caregivers, and families through life’s emotional challenges.

I help clients who are struggling with caregiver stress and burnout, anxiety and emotional overwhelm, difficulty setting healthy boundaries, parenting stress (including raising children with autism), and healing from childhood experiences that continue to impact adult life and relationships

My approach to therapy

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, or overwhelmed by the demands of life and relationships.

I specialize in supporting caregivers—both those caring for elderly parents and those raising children with special emotional or behavioral needs. I also work with individuals navigating relationship stress, family conflict, and challenges related to communication and boundary setting.

In addition, I support people who are working through the lasting impact of childhood emotional experiences, including family dynamics and patterns that can affect self-esteem, relationships, and emotional well-being.

My work also includes supporting midlife women experiencing burnout, identity changes, emotional exhaustion, and life transitions such as perimenopause and menopause. These changes can deeply affect mood, relationships, and sense of self, and therapy provides space to regain clarity and balance.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate evidence-based therapy with a holistic perspective that honors emotional, relational, and (when desired) spiritual needs, including Christian-based counseling.

Therapy with me is a supportive space where we focus on understanding what you are going through, building healthier boundaries, developing coping tools, and helping you feel more grounded and emotionally steady in your daily life.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, caregiver stress, parenting challenges, boundary difficulties, grief, or unresolved childhood experiences, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and more confident in your ability to move forward.
