Great to meet you!

Reaching out for help is a courageous step, and you don't have to take it alone. Together we'll build a calm, judgment free space where you feel fully seen and heard. I work with adults and older adults moving through life transitions, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship struggles. Therapy is never one size fits all, so we'll shape each session around what you actually need, check in often on how things feel, work through the hard parts, and celebrate your wins along the way.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, honest, and down to earth. I see therapy as a true partnership, so we'll go at your pace, with genuine care and respect for where you are. Outside of sessions you'll find me recharging in the Idaho outdoors and cheering people on, which is pretty much what I do in this chair too.

What you can expect from me

Clients describe me as easy to talk to, steady, and someone who truly listens without judgment. If that sounds like the support you've been looking for, I'd love to connect. Reach out anytime for a free 15 minute consultation and we'll see if we're the right fit.
