Great to meet you!
For more than 10 years, I’ve supported people through change, uncertainty, and difficult experiences in a variety of counseling settings. My work has included helping people through career transitions, grief and loss, postpartum mood changes, relationship concerns, anxiety, substance use, trauma, parenting challenges, ADHD, and autism. I’ve also supported family members as they navigate a loved one’s substance use.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in your strengths. I believe a diagnosis can offer useful insight, but it does not define you. Therapy is a place to better understand yourself, practice self-acceptance, and make changes that improve your quality of life—not a place where you need to fit into a category or worry about being judged.
Taking the first step can be the hardest part. We’ll begin by building a connection at a pace that feels comfortable for you. From there, we can explore the thoughts, beliefs, and feelings shaping your experiences and choices, and work toward the life you want to lead.
