Chandra Price, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in integrated behavioral health care. She provides comprehensive treatment plans that include psychopharmacology, brief psychotherapy, and health and wellness coaching. Dr. Price earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. She offers telehealth services to patients throughout Tennessee, Kansas, Vermont, and Maine through PRC Psychiatry, PLLC. In-person appointments in Memphis, Tennessee, are available on a limited basis and reserved for select evaluations and disability/FMLA-related assessments.
