Hello there! I am a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Greenville, NC. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to address a variety of mental health and behavioral challenges through a combination of medications and counseling. I am inclusive and affirming of folks who are LGBTQIA+ or neurodiverse. I also have a special interest and training in working with folks with diabetes who need help with diabetes distress and burnout. I am one of the only medication providers in the state of NC recognized by the ADA (American Diabetes Association) that specializes in stress and other mental health complications related to diabetes.

Please note I am NOT in network with Medicaid and cannot accept medicaid patients, even as a private pay or out of network provider.

I am dedicated to getting to know you, your background, and your needs to create a custom plan to help you meet your health goals. I used multiple methods to help clients make progress, including prescribing medicine, talking through coping skills, and discussing diet and lifestyle changes. I believe in using the best research to make recommendations to help you feel better and want to partner with you to find the best path forward to wellness.

Folks working with me can expect to feel empowered and involved in making decisions for their health. Our first session will be in depth so that I can ensure that I thoroughly understand your concerns and needs. My goal for each visit is to make sure that you feel confident in understanding what options are available to help you feel better and feel supported as you take each step toward your best self.
