Great to meet you!

Hi there, I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Victory Grace Healing Mental Health Services, where I provide medication management and psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults ages 8 to 65. Through tele-health, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, major depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, sleep concerns, and more. My practice warmly welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, including those navigating trauma, grief, homelessness-related stressors, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. At the heart of everything I do is a deep belief that healing is possible and that every person deserves compassionate, dignified care.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic and personalized approach to care, which means I look at the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I begin with a thorough psychiatric evaluation to understand your symptoms, history, and goals, and from there we build a treatment plan together that may include medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both. I also weave in education and support around lifestyle factors like sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and healthy relationships, because I believe these play a real role in long-term wellness. My clients describe my style as supportive, patient, and collaborative, and I work hard to create a space where you feel understood and empowered every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a structured psychiatric evaluation, but I promise it will also feel like a conversation. I'll ask thoughtful questions about your mood, anxiety, sleep, attention, past treatment, medical history, and any stressors affecting your daily life so I can get a clear and complete picture of what you're experiencing. Many clients tell me they feel comfortable sharing things in our sessions that they haven't been able to say anywhere else, and that means the world to me. By the end of our first meeting, you can expect a clear explanation of your symptoms, a discussion of treatment options, and a collaborative plan for next steps that truly fits your life. Ready to take the first step? I'd love to support you on your journey toward healing. Reach out today to schedule your first appointment.
