Great to meet you!
For 15 years, prior to engaging in the field of psychotherapy, I served as a rabbi in community outreach and services, where I offered counseling to individuals and families.
My consistent hunger to better understand the human condition led me down the path of clinical therapy. I find the therapy space to be a rare and delightful oasis for authenticity and candid connection in a complex and rushed world.
My personal go-to soothing hobbies include strumming a few chords on guitar, nature excursions, or random DYI project while listening to audiobooks.
