Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience helping individuals through a wide range of settings, from intensive hospital based care to ongoing weekly therapy. My career has been dedicated to supporting individuals through the challenges that life brings, whether that's managing anxiety and depression or finding their footing during major life transitions. I believe in creating a safe, judgment free space where you can be yourself and work through whatever you're facing at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a partnership where you are the expert in your own life and my role is to support and empower you as you move forward. I work with clients to identify patterns that may be contributing to current challenges and support them in meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals, what you're hoping to get from therapy, and begin identifying next steps.
