Great to meet you!

Doing Therapy since 2018 and being in mental health since 2013, I view therapy as a partnership. You weren’t created to do life alone, so I want to be a space where you can safely sort through your thoughts and emotions without feeling like you have to carry everything by yourself. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you and offer tools, insight, and support to help you create real, sustainable change—support that goes beyond what family and friends are typically able to give.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I focus on helping you understand your patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful change. I use evidence-based approaches, but I tailor every session to your unique needs, strengths, and pace. I also believe in giving you thoughtful ‘homework’—something practical to work on outside the 30–60 minutes we’re together—so progress continues between sessions.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, calming, and welcoming environment. We’ll take time to explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to change or understand. I’ll ask thoughtful questions at a pace that feels comfortable for you—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. You can also expect me to be genuinely caring and concerned about the things that matter to you; your worries, goals, and experiences are taken seriously here. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what our work together will look like moving forward.
