Growth is a gradual step and together we can bloom to our highest potential.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilized motivational interviewing , acceptance and commitment therapy , person centered therapy and modalities that best fits the needs of each individual.

The use of this technique enables one to know that that they have the power to make their own decisions and as a result they can decide to change. Affirmations are used to build a rapport. This approach helps to engage with the most challenging individuals.
