Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained? I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions in a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free space. With over a decade of experience in human services and several years as a licensed therapist, I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and attachment-based principles to help clients build practical coping skills and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is culturally responsive, collaborative, down to earth, and focused on helping you gain insight, strengthen resilience, and feel more grounded in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, building rapport, and discussing what brings you to therapy, as well as what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll review expectations for therapy and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. I aim to create a low-pressure, welcoming environment where therapy feels approachable, especially for those who may be new to counseling, so you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace.
