Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, or unsure how to move forward. Others are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship challenges, or the lasting effects of difficult life experiences. You don't have to face these challenges alone.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a safe, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can heal, grow, and strengthen their relationships. With five years of experience and a passion for ongoing personal and professional growth, my goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and supported as you create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationship patterns, and life experiences that may be contributing to your current challenges while identifying strengths that support healing and growth.

My work is grounded in an attachment-based and integrative approach that combines Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, psychoeducation, and evidence-based interventions. Whether you're working through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions, we'll focus on practical tools and deeper insight that foster lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, and begin building a strong foundation for our work together. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and honestly.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected to yourself, more secure in your relationships, and more confident navigating life's challenges.
