Great to meet you!

Greetings, I’m Charee Green, and I’m a therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of diagnoses, life challenges, and transitions. I’m passionate about helping people achieve both short-term and long-term goals, while learning to successfully manage life’s ups and downs so they can feel and be their best.

I have a strong passion for women’s mental health and offer compassionate support during key life stages, including all stages of pregnancy. I have a special interest in working with women navigating the unique experience of having children after 40. That said, I’m here to help anyone seeking to build a stronger sense of well-being and, just as importantly, learn how to maintain it.

Whether you’re facing a current challenge or simply looking to grow and thrive, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a trusting and empathetic relationship where you feel safe and comfortable being yourself. I cultivate a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental atmosphere, empowering clients to engage fully in their healing and/or growth process. Therapy is a collaboration, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs so we can work together to foster growth, resilience, and lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is all about getting to know each other and beginning to build a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any concerns or questions you may have. I’ll ask some background questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. This initial session helps us start to shape a plan that’s tailored to your needs, and sets the foundation for meaningful, collaborative work going forward.
