Great to meet you!

I’m Charity, a trauma‐informed somatic therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I help individuals and couples move from overwhelm, anxiety, and disconnection into clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. My approach blends CBT, somatic therapy, polyvagal work, and restorative practices like breathwork, meditation, and sound healing. Clients describe my style as warm, direct, and grounding. I’m here to help you feel supported, regulated, and empowered as you create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, body‐based approach to therapy that integrates cognitive, somatic, and nervous‐system‐focused techniques. I help clients understand how stress, trauma, and relationship patterns show up in both the mind and body, and we work together to build regulation, resilience, and healthier ways of relating. My style is straightforward, compassionate, and practical — I offer tools you can use immediately while also supporting deeper healing. When clinically appropriate, I incorporate breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to support nervous system balance.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a calm, grounding space where we slow down and get clear on what you’re experiencing. We’ll explore your goals, discuss what’s happening in your body and nervous system, and identify the most supportive direction for your care. You can expect a warm, non‐judgmental environment and a collaborative conversation that helps you feel understood and supported. My goal is for you to leave feeling more regulated, hopeful, and confident about your next steps.
