Great to meet you!

For the past 12 years, I've had the privilege of helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, addiction, burnout, and life's many transitions. I'm especially passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and women who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to keep it all together!

My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood and supported as you build practical tools for lasting change. Whether you're processing past experiences, managing anxiety, or learning to embrace how your brain works, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I’m here to walk alongside you and help you uncover your natural strengths, build on your resilience, and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TFCBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, somatic therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, etc. These tools allow us to work together in a way that is both personalized and effective!

If desired, I offer a faith-based perspective that integrates spirituality and Christian values into the therapeutic process in a way that feels authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a space to be seen, heard, and supported. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family—I’d be honored to work with you. Together we will work to create goals and determine what outcomes you want to achieve!
