Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Certified Clinical Supervisor, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is empathetic, motivational, and goal-focused, helping you identify meaningful changes and take practical steps toward achieving them. I believe in meeting you where you are while helping you recognize your strengths, build confidence, and create lasting change. Together, we will develop realistic goals that support the life and recovery you want to achieve.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-focused. I believe in meeting clients where they are without judgment while helping them identify their strengths, understand patterns that may be holding them back, and develop practical strategies for change. I incorporate motivational and evidence-based approaches while recognizing that each person’s experiences and goals are unique. Together, we will establish meaningful goals and work at a pace that supports lasting progress, greater confidence, and improved overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where they can speak openly and feel heard. Sessions are collaborative and focused on what matters most to you, whether that means working through current challenges, building healthier coping skills, strengthening recovery, or making meaningful life changes. I will support and encourage you while also helping you identify barriers, recognize your strengths, and stay focused on the goals you want to achieve.
