I’m Charlene Dyer, a licensed clinical mental health counselor specializing in trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Webster University and take a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy.

I utilize evidenced based therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and IFS. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work toward healing, resilience, and emotional well-being.
