Great to meet you!

I am a mental health counselor licensed in Arizona, Florida, New Hampshire and Georgia with over 12 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have training and experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQIA+, and relationships. It's your life, let me help you get the most out of it!

My approach to therapy

I offer an open, non-judgmental, and empathetic approach in a safe, supportive environment. Some problems, in our lives, are either self-imposed by our own expectations or by others expectations of us. Misinterpretations and irrational beliefs can create unhappy feelings, self-doubt, stress, depression, anxiety, and relationship problems.

What you can expect from me

Confidentiality is critical. For decades people have avoided seeking help because of the stigma attached. Your life can and should be boundless. Let's work together to take it up a few notches. Relief from depression, anxiety, and other emotional struggles is possible. Your relationships can be fun and exciting again. Learn how to get the most out of your life! Let's work together to develop a plan best suited to meet your personal and spiritual needs and goals.
