Great to meet you!

In addition to being an individual therapist, I have past experience as a Wilderness Camp Counselor, a Juvenile Probation Officer, a DSS Social Worker, a Psychiatric Hospital Admission Counselor, a Clinical Director, and as a Residential Director at a healing farm community. My diverse experience has given me a deeper understanding of many ways people struggle—and many paths to healing.

My approach to therapy

I strive to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel secure enough to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

I believe that true change doesn’t come from shame or self-rejection, but from learning to meet ourselves—our feelings, flaws, and fears—with honesty and compassion. As we grow in self-awareness and self-acceptance, we can begin to loosen the grip of old, limiting patterns and move toward greater freedom and well-being.
