I am Dr. Charles, and I am a licensed clinician with experience in both the religious and sexuality arena. I have completed an advanced certificate program in psychotherapy, and two terminal degree orphans in psychology (PhD) and ministry (DMin). My passion to help adults, the aging, care givers and their loved ones help themselves face life and its challenges in a healthy manner.

My approach to therapy

My approach to the therapeutic process is collaborative with you the client, integrative in modalities, focused on the problem(s) as presented, and life=based. This approach allows you and I to identify, examine, confront, cope with, and develop skill to you master yourself as you engage self, others, and the world around you.

During our first session, we will get to know a little about each other, the purpose for your coming, the presenting problem(s), how it or they effect you, and your goals, and how we will proceed in the therapeutic process.
