I earned my Counseling degree, maintained a private practice with individuals, couples and groups. I earned a PhD in the Instructional Technology profession to learn more about adult learning styles and building solutions to individual and organizational performance problems.

My approach to therapy

My specialty areas are adult transition and substance abuse. I have worked in hospitals and clinics to address addiction issues.
