Great to meet you!

*At this time, I have a waitlist for couples therapy. Please email me if you would like to be added.

My style is calm, collaborative, and thoughtful. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and gently supported as we work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based and compassionate model that helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself. Together, we gently explore symptoms such as anxiety, anger, or depression — not as problems to eliminate, but as parts of you with a story and a purpose. By approaching these experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, we begin to uncover their origins and create meaningful, lasting change. Our work creates space for healing that feels steady, respectful, and empowering.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary focus is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy at this point in your life. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope might feel different as a result of our work together. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and begin identifying initial goals. By the end of our first meeting, you can expect to have a clearer sense of whether we feel like a good fit and a general direction for moving forward
