I am a skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Master degree from Liberty University. I have worked with individuals, especially children, in different community and school settings. I am skilled in supporting clients with ADHD and who struggles with anxiety, depression, OCD, career challenges, boundary setting as well as other concerns. I'm passionate about using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and blending different therapies to tailor treatment to my clients' needs and goals.
