Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins when you decide you no longer want to stay stuck in the same place. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I never take that step for granted. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you reconnect with the strengths, resilience, and wisdom that already exist within you. Whether you are carrying the weight of grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person's story matters. I use trauma-informed care as the foundation of my work and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and grief-focused interventions to meet each client's unique needs. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping tools, and work toward greater emotional balance, healing, and self-understanding. I view therapy as a partnership where we move at a pace that feels safe and meaningful for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I want to understand what has brought you to therapy, what challenges you are facing, and what you hope will be different in your life. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will start where you are. You can expect a warm, supportive conversation where you have space to tell your story, ask questions, and begin identifying goals for our work together. My hope is that you leave the session feeling heard, encouraged, and reassured that you do not have to navigate your struggles alone.
