My name is Dr. Charnell Dortch and I am the owner of Therapy Uncensored a private practice where you can live out loud and speak freely. I have been in the field for over seven years. I have obtained Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology and I am certified sex therapist. I specialize in sexual trauma, women's issues, sex satisfaction, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy as I use a mixture of modalities. My name focus is to allow you to express yourself freely and come up with the best solution you see fit.
