As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I provide empathetic care and emphasize a collaborative approach to ensure that clients receive individualized support and attention. With 30 years of experience in healthcare, encompassing diverse roles including administration and nursing education. For the last 7 years, I have worked as a nurse practitioner, providing medication management and supportive therapy, focusing on individuals struggling with mental health challenges aged 15 to 64.

My approach to providing care is to establish meaningful relationships and cultivate partnerships rooted in respect, integrity, and authenticity.

The goal is to address mental health challenges while fostering individuals' overall healing journey, guiding them towards a more balanced and functional state of well-being through medication management and supportive therapy.
