Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist offering virtual clinical psychotherapy to adults (18+). I understand that finding time for yourself during a busy, demanding week can be difficult, which is why I also provide appointment availability on weekends.

Over the course of my career, I have worked across a wide multitude of clinical settings, gaining deep experience in helping individuals navigate the complex realities of the human condition. My clinical background includes extensive work with trauma, personality disorders, self-injury, OCD, anxiety, depression, and substance use. I provide a highly personalized, virtual sanctuary designed to help you safely explore your past, ground your present, and map out where you are headed in life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style centers on inviting you to "look inward" to cultivate true inner peace and holistic wholeness. I meet you with a trauma-informed lens and a psychoanalytic perspective, drawing from a number of modalities tailored entirely to your unique needs. Rather than simply managing surface-level symptoms, we will safely explore all parts of who you are—even the ones that feel difficult, painful, or hard to sit with at times. To fully support your growth, I also frequently integrate mindfulness, existential, and traditional spiritual perspectives for clients seeking deeper meaning and alignment in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, secure, and collaborative environment where you are truly heard. Deep therapeutic work is a journey, and my primary goal is to establish a safe space that feels entirely yours from day one. We will take a gentle look at what brings you to therapy, explore the current landscape of your internal world, and discuss how we can nurture discomfort with profound self-compassion. Together, we will outline a realistic, supportive path forward focused on your personal development, self-understanding, and healing.
