Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has experience working with adolescents (12+) and adult navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship challenges and life transitions. Before becoming a therapist I worked within the corrections system, where I gained valuable experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through some of the most difficult seasons of their lives. That experience reinforced my belief that people are more than the mistakes they've made or the challenges they've faced, and that meaningful change is always possible with the right support.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest, feel respected, and develop practical skills that create real change.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique goals. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be contributing to patterns like anger, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, or emotional overwhelm. We'll focus on building healthier coping strategies, improving communication, strengthening emotional regulation, and helping you respond to life's challenges with greater confidence.

I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients and believe every person deserves a space where they feel heard without judgment. Whether you're working through a difficult season, trying to improve your relationships, or simply looking to better understand yourself, we'll work together to create meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially if you've never talked openly about what you're carrying.

Our first sessions are about getting to know you—not just the challenges you're facing, but also your strengths, values, and goals. We'll create a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and focused on what matters most to you.

My goal is for therapy to be a place where you feel supported while also challenged to grow. I want you to leave each session with greater insight, practical tools you can use in everyday life, and confidence that lasting change is possible.

No matter what your past looks like, it doesn't have to define your future. Whether you're navigating anger, anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply looking to build a healthier, more balanced life, I'd be honored to support you as you take your next step.
