Great to meet you!

Good psychiatric care starts with good questions. After more than a year in clinical practice, I have learned that the most important thing I can do is understand your full picture before making any recommendations. I take a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care, looking at what is going on in your life, not just your symptoms. Whether you are managing anxiety, depression, or working through trauma, I will take the time to really listen before we figure out next steps together.

My approach to therapy

I ask questions before I give answers. Every patient's situation is different, and I want to understand yours before we build a plan. Sessions are steady and honest. I am here to affirm what is working just as much as I am here to address what is not.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. I will ask about your history, what brings you in, and what you are hoping for from care. There is no rush. We will find a direction that feels right and start from there.
