Great to meet you!

I specialize in therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and disability. I believe that every person has the right to exceptional care from a therapist that honors their experience. I believe individuals have the ability to learn and change the course of their lives, if they so desire. I believe through a trusting relationship and a willingness to challenge beliefs that no longer serve us, that all people can adjust what they experience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style to therapy is connection first. I want to get to know you and for you to feel that I am a safe place to share. We will take our time and go at a pace you dictate. Please don't forget that I am here to support your goals and not the other way around.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work together to define goals that sound right to you and are achievable. You set the stage for what is most important and when and how we work toward your wellness.
