Great to meet you!

Therapy should offer a space where you feel safe to speak freely, explore what’s happening in your life, and focus on what matters to you. With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have supported individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns, personal challenges, and life transitions. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and responsive to each client’s experiences, needs, and goals. I focus on helping clients gain insight, build on personal strengths, and better understand the patterns that may be affecting their well-being. Together, we identify practical strategies and changes that feel realistic and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm and safe space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll take time to learn more about you, your current concerns, your experiences, and what has been most challenging for you. There is no expectation to have everything figured out. We’ll begin identifying what feels most important to you and what you would like our work to focus on.
