Great to meet you!

My expertise lies in providing support and guidance to individuals ages 12 and up, facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and issues pertinent to the LGBTQ+ community. I see clients exclusively by telehealth.

I employ a client-centered, strengths-based approach, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My counseling style is collaborative, empowering you to actively engage in your therapeutic journey and foster lasting, positive change.

I am deeply committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals of all backgrounds and identities. My work as a dedicated advocate within the LGBTQ+ community reflects my commitment to providing mental health care with sensitivity and understanding. Previous clients have recognized me for my warmth, empathy, and genuine concern for their well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a direct approach, challenging and empowering you to become the best version of yourself that you can be. I believe you are an expert in your own life, and I will focus your treatment on the unique needs that brought you to therapy. Each session, we will focus on your unique goals and work together to achieve them. I welcome your feedback as we walk on this path together. You know you better than anyone else knows you. My role is to give you support.

Life can be exhausting. Learning to give yourself grace can be difficult. I would love to partner with you, offering encouragement and compassion in a judgment-free environment.

What you can expect from me

Whatever brings you into therapy, I will leverage your inherent strengths and resilience to support and encourage you to explore new insights into your life and acquire behavioral tools. You will be able to forge ahead and create a life you wish to live.
