Great to meet you!

You might look like you’re handling everything—but inside, you feel anxious, stuck, or exhausted from overthinking and carrying the weight of your past. If you’re struggling to move forward or make sense of what you’re feeling, you’re not alone. I specialize in working with emerging adults ages 18–30 who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Whether you’re dealing with relationship challenges, unresolved family dynamics, identity development, post-graduation stress, or a constant sense of pressure to “figure it all out,” therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and better understand yourself.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll go beyond surface-level symptoms to understand the patterns shaping how you think, feel, and relate to others. I use a collaborative, compassionate approach, integrating CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed, attachment-focused work to help you build practical coping skills while addressing the root causes to support lasting change.

I will work with you to prioritize and hone your natural ability to build the life you want to live. As someone who has struggled to maintain their mental health, I understand the importance of working with a therapist that can truly empathize with the things you are going through. I don’t have a magic wand, but I will do anything in my power to provide guidance and assist in your growth and healing. I look forward to working with you!

What you can expect from me

After you book your first appointment with me, I will send you a welcome email with a brief intake form and baseline assessments. These are not exhaustive tools, but help inform me of your situation a bit before meeting with you. The first session will focus on information gathering, the goals you'd like to work on, and answer any questions you have about the therapy process. Near the end of our first session together, you will decide if you feel comfortable moving forward with me as your therapist, and if so, we will get you scheduled for your next appointment!
