Great to meet you!

If you're a parent watching your teen struggle with anxiety, trauma, or just getting through the day — or if you're an adult carrying something heavy from the past — you're in the right place. For over 11 years, I've worked with adolescents and families navigating some of life's hardest chapters: trauma, depression, ADHD, and the family stress that tends to come with all of it. I bring a family-centered lens to this work, because what's happening in your relationships shapes everything else.

My approach to therapy

My approach weaves together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing — so we'll work to understand how your thoughts and experiences connect, and build practical tools to shift what's keeping you stuck. I pay close attention to family dynamics, because healing rarely happens in isolation. Sessions are structured enough to make real progress and flexible enough to follow what you actually need.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not a checklist. You'll have space to share what's going on, ask questions, and start getting clear on what you actually want from therapy. We'll look at your goals together and begin mapping a direction. I'll also be upfront: if at any point it seems like another therapist would serve you better, I'll help you find that person. That's part of my job.
