Great to meet you!

As a therapist early in my career, I bring fresh perspective, curiosity, and a strong commitment to learning and growth.I have worked with clients that range in age from 6 years to 40 years old. I have done school-based clinical counseling as well as both office and Telehealth counseling. I have completed trainings in a variety of areas including Motivational Interviewing, Sand Tray, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I completed over two years of supervised counseling prior to becoming fully licensed.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique experiences, helping you build insight, resilience, and practical tools for everyday life. Whether you're navigating stress, relationships, or personal growth, I’m here to support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. You can expect a relaxed, conversational pace where you’re free to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. We’ll talk about your goals, any concerns you may have, and what you hope to get out of the process, while also reviewing practical details like confidentiality and how sessions typically work. This is a space to begin building trust and understanding at your own pace.
