Great to meet you!

You might be carrying something that's been hard to name — anxiety that spikes without warning, depression that has settled in like the weather, a pattern with substances you're trying to change, or something from your past that keeps showing up in your present. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to keep doing this alone. I work with adults navigating these experiences, and I bring both evidence-based tools and genuine warmth to every session. My approach is direct without being clinical — I'll give you honest feedback and real skills, and I'll always make sure you feel respected and heard.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and collaborative, but I'll also be honest with you — I think that's where real growth happens. I draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and somatic approaches, adapting based on what's actually working for you. If something isn't landing, we change it. I meet you where you are and build from there.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll ask what's brought you in, what's been hard, and what you'd like your life to look like. By the end we'll have a clear picture of where to focus. Most people leave feeling a little lighter just from being heard.
