Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from Texas State University. I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person’s unique goals, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care to help clients build resilience and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and supported. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct—I balance compassion with honest feedback to help you gain insight and make meaningful changes. I strive to create a space where you can be yourself without judgment while also feeling challenged to grow.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and substance use. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and solution-focused, trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and develop a plan that helps you move toward the life you want to live. :::writing

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore your goals for treatment. My priority is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, clarify what you’d like to work toward, and begin developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
