Great to meet you!

Chelsey has a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work with a concentration in mental health. Chelsey has been in the field since 2002. She has experience in inpatient psychiatry, schools, outpatient mental health, and telehealth. She enjoys working with adolescents as well as adults and has extensive experience in addressing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress management, and relationship concerns.

Outside of work, Chelsey is a very active person who plays competitive pickleball and regularly practices yoga. She spends as much time outside as possible. Chelsey is also the mother of two very busy teenage girls and looks forward to the day one of them gets a driver’s license.

My approach to therapy

Chelsey is a therapist who believes that challenges and stress can transform into opportunities that lead to meaningful life changes. She sees reaching out for support as a sign of deep inner strength. Chelsey enjoys working with clients to find solutions that help them feel better and happier. She uses her creativity and sense of humor to build strong, trusting relationships with clients. Chelsey uses strategies from several therapy methods and believes that a solid client-therapist relationship is the foundation for doing this work.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a treatment plan focused on goals that are important and meaningful to them. Homework outside of sessions is available if preferred and will be client-centered.
