Great to meet you!

Aloha, for over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working and walking alongside individuals and families across Hawaiʻi, building pilina and supporting people through life’s various seasons. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and have extensive experience working with high-risk and vulnerable populations. I am grateful every day to have the privilege to serve my community.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, conversational, and grounded, very much talk story style. I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment, reflect honestly, and feel genuinely supported. I bring humor and lightheartedness into sessions when appropriate, because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. My work is practical and present-focused, helping you build real-life tools to handle life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and exploring your goals. I’ll ask a variety of questions to better understand your needs, and we’ll also spend time building rapport and seeing if we’re a good fit.
