Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Cherelle, a licensed clinical social worker and therapist who helps high-achieving, heart-led adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves.

Many of my clients are used to being the strong one, the responsible one, or the one who keeps everything together. On the outside, they may look capable. Inside, they may feel exhausted, stuck in overthinking, disconnected from their needs, or unsure how to make a change without disappointing everyone around them.

In our work together, we slow things down and get honest about what is actually happening beneath the anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I often use parts work, CBT, mindfulness, and values-based reflection to help clients better understand their patterns, build self-trust, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their voice.

Therapy with me is not about judging where you are. It is about helping you feel safe enough to tell the truth, supported enough to make change, and steady enough to create a life that feels more aligned with who you really are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and honest. I help clients slow down, understand what they’re feeling, and explore the patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies that may be keeping them stuck. I draw from approaches like CBT, parts work, and mindfulness to support healing, emotional regulation, and stronger self-trust. I aim to create a space where you feel both supported and gently challenged toward growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you do not have to have everything figured out before you arrive. We will talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will feel different in your life over time. I'll also help you to begin identifying patterns, stressors, and strengths so we can create goals that feel realistic and supportive. My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, grounded, and a little more clear about where we’re headed together.
