Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who specializes in working with high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and life transitions. Many of my clients are the people everyone else depends on. They appear confident and capable on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed or exhausted.

I earned my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Texas Christian University and have experience working with adolescents, college students, and adults. For clients who desire it, I also welcome the integration of faith and spirituality into therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. I draw primarily from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and narrative approaches to help you understand the patterns behind how you think, feel, and respond to stress. Together, we’ll identify what may be keeping you stuck while developing practical strategies you can use outside of our sessions. My goal is not simply to help you function better under pressure, but to help you genuinely flourish.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn what you hope will be different as a result of our work together. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or having everything figured out. I’ll ask questions to help us understand what you’re experiencing and identify patterns that may be contributing to it. Together, we’ll begin establishing clear goals and a plan for moving forward. I strive to create a space where you can put down the pressure to perform, be honest about what you’re carrying, and feel both supported and challenged as you grow.
