Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, nonjudgmental care for adolescents and adults. I understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel difficult, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. My goal is to partner with you as you work toward greater stability, insight, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and evidence-based. I take time to understand each client’s concerns, strengths, personal history, culture, and goals. Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan that may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, education, supportive strategies, and coordination with your therapist or other members of your care team when appropriate. I believe in treating the whole person—not just symptoms.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will discuss what brought you in, your current symptoms and concerns, relevant medical and mental health history, past treatments, medications, substance use, and goals for care. You will have time to ask questions and share what matters most to you. By the end of the visit, we will review initial recommendations and develop a plan that feels clear, practical, and aligned with your needs.
